Account data such as your email address, name, and profile details.
Subscription and entitlement information needed to determine plan access.
Property, room, inventory, inspection, and report data that you create in the app.
Uploaded images such as company logos and photo evidence.
Notification data, including unread status and device push tokens.
Feedback you submit through the app.

3. How We Use Information

To authenticate users and maintain app sessions.
To store and display your property and inspection workflows.
To generate reports and export PDFs.
To enforce subscription limits and premium entitlements.
To send operational notifications, invitations, and push alerts.
To review feedback and improve the product.

4. Third-Party Services

Snapshots uses third-party service providers to operate the app, including:

Supabase for authentication, database storage, file storage, and backend functions.
Apple for App Store subscriptions, billing, and in-app purchase restore flows.
Apple Push Notification service for push delivery.
Discord webhooks for internal feedback and alert routing, if enabled by the operator.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared with team members you invite or with users who are granted access to a shared property. Data is also processed by the third-party providers listed above to operate the service.

6. Data Retention

We retain account, property, inspection, and related operational data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

7. Your Choices

You may update profile information in the app. You can stop using the app at any time and cancel paid subscriptions through Apple. You may also contact us to request account-related assistance.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect data, but no internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Snapshots is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
