Terms of Service
1. Overview
Snapshots is an iOS application for property inspections, room and inventory tracking, issue reporting, team collaboration, and PDF report generation. By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for the actions of team members you invite to shared properties.
3. Subscription Plans
Snapshots offers Standard and Professional plans through the App Store. Business plans may be offered separately for organizations through direct agreements. App Store billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment handling are governed by Apple’s terms and policies.
Current paid plans are:
- Professional: $19.99/month or $149.99/year
- Business: custom pricing by agreement
Features and limits may vary by plan, including owned property limits, photo evidence, branding, and team collaboration features.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with the app or backend, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use the app in a way that could harm other users or the service.
5. User Content
You retain responsibility for the data you add to Snapshots, including property details, room and inventory records, inspection notes, uploaded photos, and generated reports. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and share that content.
6. Team Access
If you invite other users to a property, you are responsible for the access you grant. Team roles such as owner, manager, and maintainer determine what actions a user may take within shared properties.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or remove features at any time, including plan limits, report output, integrations, and backend operations. We may also perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
8. No Warranty
Snapshots is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or fitness for any particular operational, legal, or compliance purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snapshots and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, business, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if use is abusive, or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.
